Wedding Rates:
Wedding Rate (one-time fee) $250
Monday-Sunday nightly fee, $500

Grounds Preparation non-refundable fee $500 (2 days prior to wedding, the lawn will be mowed and the driveway grated and prepared for high traffic)
* (Wedding deposit differs in the amount of $200) A deposit of $300 is required at the time of booking the reservation. The deposit may be made by personal check or PayPal. The deposit is not applied to the rental fee. If the reservation is canceled in writing a minimum of 60 days prior to the arrival date, 75% of the deposit will be refunded. No refund of the deposit is made for cancellations less than 60 days prior to the rental date. In the event the deposit is not returned due to cancellation, you may use that deposit to secure another reservation in the same calendar year. The deposit will be returned after the cabin is cleaned and inspected for damage or missing property. The renter is responsible in full for all damage and missing property, other than normal wear and tear.
A $350 non-refundable cleaning fee will be applied to every transaction. This includes the hot tub being emptied and refilled with fresh water prior to each guest's stay.

A 14.25% tax charge must be applied to each transaction.
Disclosure: during some seasons, there are lady bugs present on the premises. These annoying pests are harmless, though they are a nuisance.
